Marlow Defender 78 is specifically designed for use in the harshest working environments within commercial and military vehicle recovery. The Defender is manufactured from a 100% Dyneema SK78 core that has been processed through Marlow's MAX process and a thin protective HMPE cover.  This combination affords Defender optimum strength by diameter, whilst significantly improving cut and abrasion resistance and thereby increasing the longevity of the rope. In addition the contrasting core colour makes it easy to identify if the cover has been compromised and retirement of the rope is due.

Defender 78 winch line assemblies are manufactured to order with machine finished splices.
